Chameleon, Larmer Tree Festival

Chameleon, 2011

250 x 70 x 65cms

Reclaimed steel, copper and enamelled wire, bottle tops, buttons, beads

As a community project, Fiona ran a drop-in workshop ‘Karma Chameleon’ at the Larmer Tree Festival in 2011, in which participants helped her decorate the scrap steel structure with recycled bottle tops and buttons, later shown as a site artwork at the Festival. This piece featured in a Sculpture Trail at Stourhead National Trust Estate ‘Beyond the Garden Gate’, 2011 with the Scraptors, sited on a large fallen tree overlooking the lake.
